Payless Car Sales, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Avalon Global Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation that also owns Payless Car Rental System, Inc. and several other travel industry related companies. Payless Car Rental System, Inc. has been franchising auto rental locations in the United States since 1970 and currently serves more than 80 locations worldwide.
The Payless Car Sales Franchise Program was initiated in February 2002 and has experienced rapid growth as a result of the efforts of Tulsa-based Payless Development LLC, U.S. Master Developer for Payless Car Sales.
Payless Car Sales has developed a nationwide network of independent used auto dealers that have
been carefully screened and selected based on key parameters. The Payless Car Sales system
provides the franchisees with a wide variety of products and services that is not traditionally available to independent used auto dealers.
